About the Preclinical Imaging Core

PIC is open for researchers at New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI) since 2016. It provides high quality equipment for multiphoton imaging and photostimulation experiments in head-fixed rodent models in vivo. PIC works closely with NYSPI's prototyping lab (ProLab) led by Clay Lacefield, to design and utilize low-cost experimental equipment with quick turnaround time.
